Tim Hortons - Lévis

Finding a Tim Hortons on main highways is always a good find, and this one does not disappoint. The main building is clean and updated, and the service is top-notch.

I have never seen a Tim Hortons this busy before. There were 12 employees actively working behind the counter, at the drive-thru, making coffee, and preparing food. There were even more employees out the back. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff were all efficient and welcoming. We were served quickly and smoothly, as if we were the only customers in the busy restaurant. The organization of the staff and operations was impressive.

The coffee and breakfast sandwich met corporate standards, similar to those at Tim Hortons. Despite some difficulty with English, we were able to communicate effectively and our order was accurate. The staff's English proficiency exceeded my French proficiency.

With a ton of staff in the back of the counter and absolutly no direction.... took forever to get a hello, then foever to take and get served.... the absoulte slowest tim hortons on the planet.... people in a hurry beware!!!!

We stopped to try the products as many folks suggested it. Coffee and food was good. We will definitely visit again upon our return to Canada.
