J'ai eu le plaisir d'aller à La Courtisane pendant environ 6 ans et cela, d'une façon assez régulière puisque j'occupais un emploi dans ce secteur...Quel plaisir d'aller me chercher un bon café et un muffin pour commencer ma journée du bon pied...Et pour le dîner, il m'arrivait d'y retourner pour me chercher une soupe ou quelque chose à grignoter... Pourquoi apporter son lunch quand il y a un commerce avec autant de choix de nourriture... Salades, croissants, pâtés, fromages, repas congelés... Ma belle Courtisane, tu me manques...

I was invited to celebrate Epiphany by the Acadian Association of the Quebec Region, of which I have been a member since 1996. I was accompanied by two friends and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal prepared by the staff of La Courtisane. Highly recommended.
