Scarano - LEVICO TERME

I have been by recommendation dining at this hotel just outside Levico. It is located higher up and has lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Ezio the chef and owner cooks marvellous. He has learned this in one of the most renowned hotel in Venice in those days. His son working in the restaurant is very friendly and funny. I would have loved to try many more dishes from the menu but I only had the time to return a second time to this place...

The great portioned food was all home made and tasty. All wine was local. The staff was friendly. We recommend this to everybody who loves tradional Italian food.

Firsti time in Trentino for me and I say that this place it's very nice to stay for relaxing and visiting local mountains. It's a small structure managed by a local family but with excellent chef! A lot of things are home made and simplicity is their philosophy. There is also a nice swimming pool with a very nice landscape

Ristorante situato in posizione panoramica appena fuori Levico, sale ampie e ben tenute. Tutto molto buono soprattutto le tagliatelle ai funghi, piatto più che abbondante, ed una squisita tagliata che si scioglieva in bocca. Personale molto gentile e cordiale.
