Additionally, having to wait for my change after paying can be quite frustrating, and there have been times when I didn’t receive my change at all. While I’m happy to tip, I believe that should be my choice, not assumed by the staff. There are always stalls that aren’t working, and the ones that do are barely functional. Perhaps it’s time for someone to consider opening a new Sonic in town that has a better understanding of customer service. On a positive note, if you love your cup filled with ice despite asking for light ice, then you’ve found the right place! Thank you for reading my thoughts.

Half the stalls do not work , have to repeat my order several times and sometimes food is not fried enough like tots,cheese sticks,fries. Food: 3 Service: 3

Ordered a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger and got a plain cheeseburger, asked them to remake it and after bringing us the same plain burger 5 times, we just gave up and left Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hailey's behavior towards male guests is unprofessional. I hesitated to address this, but it has become too much to ignore. Whenever I approach her alone, she is abrupt and seems eager to leave the conversation. However, when my husband is with me, her demeanor completely changes. It's possible to be friendly and do your job without flirting with my husband, who is standing right next to me. Honestly, it makes us uncomfortable, and if she's expecting a tip, she won't be receiving one. Everyone else, though, has been wonderful.

This was the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. I had to return my order twice, even after providing a receipt that clearly outlined what we had ordered. Despite that, they still got it wrong, which shows a complete lack of attention. I will never come back to this location. If you value food quality, prompt service, and a pleasant atmosphere, I highly recommend avoiding this place. They need to improve. Thank you. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1
