Creative kitchen in a nice mood. Refined dishes based on recognizable local ingredients prepared with a look on the world. Hop manages to give interesting kitchen a high 'comfortfood' content and has an entire profile and place in the restaurant landscape. Nice wine card with also squeaky physicians for the lovers. The pairing with beer is a tough choice. The interior is sober and cozy, the open kitchen gives great ambiance. A place to go back or go into lockdown situations.

Yummy and healthy eat a trait.

Mediocre food in a smoking room. The menu is fixed, one can choose the main dish out, of three options. The food quality is average at best. They love to burn the bread. Personally, I am not such a fan. We had wine, bubbles and red. Both bad quality. The worst part are the waiters. Most of them are bored out of their mind, and they parrot the list of ingredients in a barely understandable monotone. One of the waiters was plain rude. We had the fish. It had bones. Be careful. The cooking takes place in the same room and the extraction does not seem to work since all the smoke ends up inside, in the client's cloths and lungs.

The restaurant excelled in delivering every dish flawlessly from beginning to end. In short, the staff clearly knows their stuff.
