After enjoying the premium ribs last time, I was very eager to come back to this BBQ restaurant. This time, I wanted to try the brisket and hoped for a juicy and tender piece of meat, as it is slow-cooked on the kamado. However, the opposite was true. I received 2 very dry pieces of meat that were very flavorful, but far from juicy and tender. This meat probably was superb when it came fresh off the BBQ, but the way it was reheated unfortunately did not maintain its quality. I would still like to come back, but next time I will probably stick to the delicious ribs.
