Tillfuss Alm - Leutasch

Over the years we have visited dozens of alpine pastures and huts in the Alps. This probably has the best kitchen. They offer traditional mountain dishes, nothing special to offer, but food is simply great. We had pea soup, knodelsuppe, kasespatzle and schnitzel. Especially spatzel and crunchy soup were exceptional. Restaurant is a self service, you need to order food and drinks in the Almose. Tell them the number of your table and the food is pretty fast brought to your table. The almosis can be quite busy, but there were always places available. Views are fantastic, atmosphere very pleasant. In any case it is worth stopping.

We felt at home and served very good food (homemade sausage with rusti). Your apple strudel is one of the best I've tried for years.

I wrote last about this beautiful place in July 2015, and how little has changed, I will be short. As a creature of habit, I decided again for the Weiner Schnitzel, and was again enthusiastic about the amount (there were two) and quality. The big beer went well with it. A very pleasant experience again.

Frühstück sehr dürftig, Kaffee zum Frühstück nicht im Preis enthalten und kostet mehr als die Übernachtung.

Ein wunderbarer, unterhaltsamer Sonntag. Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und dazu noch "a bärige Musi".Die gemütliche Wanderung ist auch für Familien bestens geeignet!
