Bidrage med feedback3 times in a row now they have messed up my order, I order the Carolina Whopper with extra fried onions, extra sauce, and extra pickles. Every dam time I get no fried onions at all, only the chili sauce is doubled, and no pickles at all..... I'm not one to drive 20 minutes back there and then 20 minutes back home again. I don't think it's worth the 60-minute F around, but something needed to be said. They repeat the order to me before I paid and still F it up every time.... fix ya stuff
Always friendly staff here and food is usually spot on .fast drive through service and food is much tastier than McDonalds.
Not too bad, service is OKAY, food is alright, except sometimes their patties are not even hot they come out COLD ?
My wife and I just finished the order. I was at the softdrink machine filling up our cups. Then my wife did the mobile app shake. She tried to scan but it won 't get scanned until the time ran out and it said You 're too slow . Then she showed the app message to a staff who did not know what she was saying until she called the manager 's attention. My wife showed the app msg to the manager (name was Ahmad or Ahmed) but the manager was arrogant and rude to my wife whom he embarrassed in front of other customers by raising his voice telling off my wife that it was her fault because she was too slow even if my wife was explaining that the scanning machine did not work until the app timed out. Picking up that the manager was not really listening, my wife stopped arguing with him already but this manager kept on with his arrogant manner. I saw my wife shaking in frustration and anger as she walked away from the counter and just sat down at the nearest table. After filling our cups, I could not help it and called the manager and told him off to speak gently when talking to my wife. He also was arrogant in the way he answered me trying to be obviously defensive. But I insisted that we are his customers and so he should be kind to his customers especially when there is a problem that is being brought to his attention for a peaceful resolution. The manager just answered me with okay and then immediately turned his back. No I 'm sorry or I apologise . I was expecting him to apologise to my wife but it didn 't happen. Nothing but 100% rudeness. Bad management really and brings bad reputation to the store. Not to mention that he is a bad example to his staff. I recommend that this manager should receive some form of disciplinary action. If you still want him to continue with his job you should send him to a good management training. If I am his superior and this news comes to my office I will get him replaced immediately to prevent more harm from happening in my store.
I have visited this restaurant twice in the past month and both times were disappointing. The first time, the place was not properly staffed and many customers were complaining about long wait times and getting incorrect orders. My own order was missing items, but I felt bad for the overwhelmed staff. There didn't seem to be any leadership to address the issues. On my second visit, I believe the young server may have been the manager, as he made a mistake with my order and insisted that I pay for it. I didn't feel like arguing, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I have no intention of returning. Additionally, my burger had black bits on it, likely from leftover grill residue.
