We ordered a Thai green curry tonight. The dish was freshly made and absolutely delicious! We will definitely return!

The dining experience was fantastic! We ordered the cheeseburger and the curry dishes, both were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented even for takeout. The restaurant also had a fireplace which created a cozy atmosphere while we waited for our ride.

Amazing meal again. The new takeaway menu is fabulous. We had the Duck Scampi. They were delicious. Great to have such fabulous food on our doorstep during these very difficult times. Thank you.

Up from Dublin for Christmas and NY we had dinner here two days before Christmas and were very surprised at the high standard of the delicious food. The mushroom starter was the best we have ever had. The green vegetable curry was superb and steak sandwich went down very well also. Chicken goujons and home made chips with pepper sauce was pretty delicious too! I dont know how but I managed to put away the yum pavlova after and ate every bit of it tasting just like granny used to make. We really enjoyed our meal, so much so we were counting the days to go back only for new covid restrictions we had to settle for a takeaway. It did not disappoint all of us were very happy again. If I was to say anything to enhance the experience of dining at the Carraigart Hotel it would be atmosphere. Try turn off or down a lot of the lights and put some candles on the tables. Its a big room that needs a bit of cosying... make it more like the reception area with a cosy fire and some pleasant chill out music from a spotify playlist to create an atmosphere would go a very long way. Had a wonderful meal here last week. food exceeded all expectations and we had take away this evening and it was as good as eating in. the menu is broad enough to cater to everyone. staff were so lovely. We are delighted to have found this gem on our few weeks break to Donegal. would highly recommend! (we had the breaded mushrooms, steak sandwich, veggie green curry, chicken spicy curry and the chicken goujons for all of them and were fussy diners with high expectations)
