Place looks nice . Staff very friendly and efficient. Food rather overpriced priced and pew portions off comparatively to Ricki?s or even Firestone. The temperature was rather warm inside and food service slow. They forgot pieces of order and syrup is cold and so Is butter not really conducive to pancakes and waffles .

This is a very new Smitty's in an excellent location. The dining room is well laid out and bright. Our server was friendly and the food came quickly. This is a great place to come for all day breakfast. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips and the kids menu had a good selection too. I really enjoyed my Belgian waffle.

Coffee seemed a bit bitter but the food was okay. Dont remember the name of our waitress, but the host kid Caleb was phenomenal! Hes the one who got our drinks, and went to get the waitress to give us our bill after she was no where to be seen for a good 20 minutes. I tipped him more than i tipped her because he honestly did the better job.

The service at this location is really spotty, often items requested are not provided and you need to ask multiple times. Today I was served raw chicken and was only given $3 off my entire bill despite that I am pregnant and this is a pretty significant concern. When I informed the waitress she took the plate, touched the food and then offered to put it back down in case I wanted to finish it which was really odd not only because I wouldn?t eat it because it was raw but also because she had touched it. I would recommend just going to the south side location as I won?t be going back here.

Food was delicious. We were there about an hour before close and it must have been a quiet night because they were cleaning early but still took us and fed us with zero don 't want to be here attitude that you sometimes get with late dining. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
