Pizza Hut Lethbridge

Made a time call and they didn’t even know it was there so we were late for our dinner. Pizza was dry and pieces had no toppings on it. I have always ordered from this location in the past . Now that they have switched staff the quality of food and service is not Pizza Hut worthy. I will never go to that location again.

I went to Pizza Hut to pick up dinner for my family, but I ended up leaving because the price for two large pizzas was just too high. That's why my score is low; I didn't actually eat there. I also found the cashier to be unhelpful with my questions, which made my decision to leave even easier. I really LOVE Pizza Hut, but I ended up going to Domino's instead, which I don't particularly like, but they had great deals at more reasonable prices. Come on, Pizza Hut—please lower your prices or offer better deals so we can all benefit! Your competition may not compare to you in quality, but their prices are certainly better.

They make bad pizza. The one on the south side is noticeably better quality. Also, the delivery drivers are completely incompetent, and if you pre pay, you likely won't even get your food. And if you complain, the manager will ban you from the store.

I was overcharged, and it took nearly 20 minutes just to place my order. I won’t be returning. I recommend trying the one to the south instead. The staff was terrible.

Great service tonight. Was a little torked about the $5 extra topping but the fella gave me a free side order. Good guys there. Pizza was good.
