Bidrage med feedbackThe manager, Jason, and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had a group of 30 people and a tight deadline to leave, and they handled everything perfectly. The food, service, and timing were all flawlessly executed. Several people in our group commented that this was the best experience we've had together. We will definitely be back, whether with a large group or not. Thank you!
Although they were busy, we ordered our meals, but had to wait about an hour. My toddler was not very patient, so my husband stayed behind to wait for the food, while I took my little one out of the restaurant to spare other diners from our restlessness. As I was leaving, a staff member approached our table, but I didn’t catch what she said. Just a few minutes later, my husband returned to our room with our food and a gift card for our next visit! The staff member had spoken to him about our experience, he mentioned the wait, and then a gentleman named Jason gave him the gift card! I don’t usually write reviews, but to sum it up: the food is outstanding, the customer service is exceptional, and I would definitely give this place a perfect 10/10. Just one piece of advice: always make a reservation, as it gets quite busy!
When I'm traveling for work, I always choose to stay at the Sandman specifically for this restaurant. During my last visit on Saturday, August 12th, they were quite busy. Although our food took longer than expected to arrive, it was cooked to perfection and served hot. Jason, our server, was attentive and apologized for the extended wait time. Great customer service can be hard to come by these days, but Jason truly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!
Went in because we heard good reviews about this spot and after looking it up online the rating really sold us. Unfortunately I must say I was beyond underwhelmed and extremely disappointed along with severely dissatisfied. Wish I could get my money back because nothing was worth it! The food was literally so mediocre as it can get, wish I could of said it was decent but it was worse than that. The service from Chris was just as bad as the food. No enthusiasm and extremely low energy. We went in on Sunday at 5:20 pm. The place wasn’t busy as at all but the food took so long to come out for some reason (almost 1 hour). I strongly think the good reviews must be paid for because this is one of the worst restaurants I ever been to in Lethbridge. Do yourself a favour and do not believe any of the good reviews you see online. Must be paid for. They should be ashamed of themselves to have the world Italian in their name.
Staying at the adjoining Sandman hotel and this was a lovely surprise. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. Shout out to Chelsea and Jamie. : Ate on the patio as it was a beautiful evening. We loved that there was an outdoor vegetable and herb garden right beside us and that they use these in their dishes. We had a shared appetizer and caprese salad and we each had an entree. All were delicious, with generous portion sizes and reasonablepricing. . But no room for dessert : Special note that they are a nut free restaurant, which I thought was fantastic, even if I'ma nut lover. Their pesto was made with pumpkin seeds. Sooo good. Be sure to try the raspberry ginger mimosa also...yummm Great relaxing evening...we would definitely eat here again.
