Gostisce Tulipan - Lesce

We came here on the way back from bled and bohinj and had a total of good experiences. the staff was friendly and made sure our meals were vegan. they had a good side and a half of the vegetarian options that could be made mostly vegan. we had wrapped the brokkoli and the lauch pasta and the tofu in zucchini with soy sauce. eating was good with some quite large portions (the pasta.)

We came spontaneously after a journey to the bledsee with the train there. the restaurant (which is also a hotel) is located near the railway station and offers outdoor seating in a beer garden and on a terrace under glass. the arrival was strange, but later the staff was very helpful and funny and they speak an impressive number of speeches at very high level. they have two whole pages of vegetarian options, but none of them are clearly vegan marked. the meals sound interesting, but vary between poor and ok. the best was probably the Vegi plate. we had no alternative and that would be the only reason why I would go back there.

This is a nice restaurante with vegan options in the menu. The waiter was very kind and he knew about vegan food. We tried a delicious mushroom soup and then an excellent pasta with leek and broccoli. I strongly recommend this place

Not to be missed when visiting Bled. There's a great selection of vegan dishes, so it took me some time to make up my mind. I'd never had seaweed risotto before, so I ordered arame risotto. It sounded interesting and was very tasty (there were some carrots in it as well). I also had miso soup with some more seaweed and sesame seeds. It was tasty, but tasted western, I think it might have had some parsley in it. They had no vegan cakes, but the waiter offered me fresh bilberries (that usually come with ice cream, but that wouldn't be vegan). I got a whole bowl of them, and they were delicious even without any kind of sweetener. The staff is very friendly. The food is somewhat pricy though. The chocolate factory Gorenjka is located nearby. The factory store sells discounted chocolates (because they broke or turned out not so pretty). For about €8 you can buy a kilo of vegan dark chocolate with whole hazelnuts, or vegan dark chocolate with puffed rice. Ask the waiter in Tulipan for directions

Vegan pasta was somewhat underwhelming, but the portion size was very generous. very friendly staff but so that the rating hits 3 stars
