Buffalo Grill - Les Petites-Loges

Without doubt THE WORST motorway service station! We stopped for diesel lunch on our drive back from the French Alps you could smell the toilets 50metres away. Everything was unclean uncleared tables, dirty floors, walls and filthy toilets. We did not eat here but friends remarked the food was poor quality and the service slow AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

After the main dish we asked for desert and it took more than 15mins just to clear the table. Another 10’ later we received desert. Bas service

All of the Autogrills I have used are very similar, one good thing about them is that the toilets are free so you don’t have to worry about small change, however they are not always as clean as you would like. This one is no different. They sell hot/cold food, snacks, drinks etc. Perfectly adequate for a quick break It’s not fine dining. Overall average.

Service was very poor And food quality too We ordered the menu that included started main and drink, and it says unlimited sides. We were told we could not choose a different side at first but then we could order after. We asked twice, and the waitress never brought us our options. She later gave us some excuse, but it made no sense. Our steak was not as we ordered them, the size was very very small

This was a pit stop for nourishment with Children who like Buffalo Grill. Nothing greta was expected but we were pleasantly surprised. Food was hot and fresh and of a reasoable quality . Service was enthusiastic but on the whole not bad value either. IOn short everything I was not expecting
