Bidrage med feedbackI stayed at Koh I Nor from March 1st to 4th for a weekend with a friend. Overall the hotel lacks service for a 5 star establishment. Some people on the staff, like Aurélia and Pierre, were very welcoming and professional, but one person at reception was terrible and had an answer for everything, even when she was wrong. The room was spacious, but the bed and bedding were terrible, which made the first two nights difficult to sleep. We also encountered a problem with a driver who didn't find us and left without calling us, leaving us waiting for over 20 minutes in the cold. In addition, we waited 30 minutes for our outgoing shuttle. However, the food was excellent, and the ski room was very nice.
This review only concerns the restaurant and bar. 3 bartenders for around ten tables but no one to take the order in 15 minutes. Reservation made over the phone but no trace of our reservation. During the meal no monitoring of the servers, certainly in numbers but quite inefficient. A menu with supplements that are not indicated as supplements in the daily menu is absolutely scandalous. Soup without flavor and the salt shaker fell into the main course. I'm not talking about totally unjustified prices but it's still a 5 star so it's expected. In summary I do not recommend at all!
