Bidrage med feedbackPerfection! The cream puffs and éclairs were absolutely delightful. The puff pastry cases were crisp and firm, filled with generous amounts of authentic cream. The only suggestion my husband had was to top the éclairs with dark chocolate instead of the current icing. The level of sweetness was just right—not overwhelming, so you can truly enjoy the flavors. We picked them up at the New Eastern Market in York, and we couldn't be happier!
