The reception was not occupied and the staff is not friendly.

Reception not occupied. Hotel looks very abandoned. The lift didn't work. Pool was empty. Bar and kitchen closed.

It is sad to see how such a large house can stand empty.

View of the Feldberg. Cosy hotel with beer garden, restaurant and indoor pool, which can be reached directly from each floor by lift. Dogs like to be seen.

The 2 stars are a very good breakfast buffet for the kindness of the staff and for, despite Corona. No star for our room. A TV that doesn't work properly and certainly hasn't been dusted off for the last 6 months. An artificial turf carpet on the balcony, which certainly hasn't seen a sucker for the last 6 months. A balcony railing that cries by color. A defective hair dryer and empty soap tanks.The crowning are the mold tiles in the bathroom.The lie: your home, if you are not at home, is probably a joke.
