Bidrage med feedbackWhen I first went to the waitress, I met at the counter. She asked what I had, so I told her the lunch buffet. She was very sweet and asked what I wanted to drink while she got me a few plates and cutlery. When I was sitting at a table, I looked around and it wasn't too busy and looked really clean. My waitress has me a glass of sweet teas (I am from the west I always warned that it could be too sweet, but compared to the glass I had in sc, it was just perfect. Not too sweet, but not too bitter). The buffet was clean and looked pretty fresh. The fried chicken wasn't the best I ever had, but it wasn't the worst. I'd rate it at 6 out of 10. The taste was good on the skin, but the interior was a little dry. This can happen to be on a buffet, but it wasn't dry enough where I had to drink tea every moment. The potatoes were light and fluffy and tasted better than most restaurants. I got a little normal chicken breast. Very tasteful with spices, but the interior was definitely dry. And the pulled pig was right at the point. All in all, I would say between the friendly service, food and cleanliness, it was definitely a 4 out of 5.
Service is always good. The buffet is usually quite good. Steaks are cooked to order. The salad bar is fresh. Everything about great experience. It's a weekly visit.
This place sucked from the word go. I arrived early, a little after 11, thinking I would get it fresh. Nope. While the wait staff was courteous I sat there with an empty glass and no extra plate. The selection of food was horrible. All the meat in the stewed beef was fat, as if they used the trimmings of their steakes. Even the fried chicken was overlooked and dry. The apple cobbler was all breading and no apples. The yeast rolls did keep them from getting a one star rating. I am very disappointed and would not recommend it to anybody.
Great variety of food on the hot bar and very affordable priced and friendly staff
Food and service was great. Good selection on the buffet bar
