Next Mex - Lemont

Stopped in for a few margs after work. Went with the Lovely Rita. If you're into margs, this is the one to try. I ordered the Taco Salad and was worried it might be one of those tortilla bowls but it wasn't. I chose steak as the topping and my awesome bartender Jessica suggested adding the Green Pepper hot sauce along with the house hot sauce and wow did it jolt the flavor. Was in mood for dessert and Jess recommended the Snickers Chimichanga with vanilla ice cream. Great food, great service. I'll be back.

I believe Next Mex is a bit over priced. We enjoyed our food but $9 for chips and guac was a bit much. I would think $5 or $6 would have been more of a reasonable price. I think this is just more of an average American-Mexican restaurant. I also got a frozen margarita which did not taste right. My friend became frustrated as well because she got the chimichangas. The price listed on the menu was at $12 and her bill came up to be $15. We asked the waiter if there was a mistake. He got the manager and she told us that it was in the small print that the steak was extra. They ended up giving her the $12 which we were happy with. I wish they would have listed the price separately so she knew when she ordered. Over all I think this place has a friendly environment but I probably won’t be returning because the food was average and prices were high.

Eating is always delicious. they have a great variety. service is great and the personal is friendly and fun and when they offer Margarita flights. they are unique and super delicious!

Oh my, that's the best restaurant I've been for a long time! Not only the food tasty and fill out, but the service was phenomenal! each of the bartenders and servers to the administration was there to make the gast a great time and experience. if they have never been with next mex, they give them an attempt, they will not be disappointed!

Comfortable and welcoming place to eat or drink outside with friends or family during this summer season. the large round tables outside can accommodate larger groups that want to enjoy the weather together. next mex is located in its own small (almost hidden) quiet small corner, surrounded by many parallel parkings close to. in the interior are beautiful and colorful interiors, clean bathrooms, great music and keeping from attentive staff; fun, unique desserts are also offered!
