Jimmy Johns has permanently lost me as a customer. $15.75 for a Turkey Tom, Chips and Med Coke. They should be ashamed.

I places my order and it was delivered within 10 minutes I couldn’t believe it. My delivery drivers name was Meda and she was amazing!

The staff was very cool and helpful. Great atmosphere and clean. .75 bread deal for yesterday's bread!

Awful customer service. Manager is disrespectful and impersonable.

Ordered a sandwich through the app, works at the aldi right behind it. Waits 2 hrs asking employees if anyone has came by they say no one. Call through the app “ hey I ordered a sandwich just looking for an update” this young lady says “ oh ya the driver dropped it off at the wrong address “ okay sooo what are you gonna do.. “I’ll remake you one” that’s great you should do that, but no apology, didn’t say we will give you your money back or a free item, nothing. I couldn’t leave the building hence delivery so I had an employee pick it up, he said nobody apologized to him for me so very disappointed. Also tipped the driver too
