Lalo's - Lemon Hill

We came in at around 5:45 ish on a Friday and it wasn’t busy. It’s a seat yourself sort of place. We had the most lovely time and was helped by an absolute joy of a waitress. She was so kind and friendly. We ordered a pound of barbacoa and pancita, it was so tender and the flavor was out of this world. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

I work in the neighborhood and this is the go-to place. The Chicken California Burrito is incredible, I get it 2 to 3 times a week during peak season and it never gets old. The ladies in the back are super nice and are always accommodating. I love Lalo’s!!!!

Love the vibe from the booth seats to the decorations. Concise menu with usual diner food. Got the burritos and also ordered enchiladas. The meat was tender and moist. Enchiladas was equally good. The service staff was also very pleasant, polite, and helpful. Apologized profusely for the wait as they were quite crowded. Will come again.

Authentic and delicious Mexican food. Sundays they serve Barbacoa. We also had a molcajete. Also, Sweetened and cinnamon flavored Mexican coffee.

I came in close to closing and asked if they still had Barbacoa. They did, I ordered a lb of that and Cueritos and some Pancita. I had my 5 yo with me and she wanted something from the corner store. By the time I got back they had my order ready, I completely forgot to ask for the onion and Habanero mix, however they packed up cilantro and salsas and my favorite Habaneros without me asking. I was amazed with the service!
