La Bou Bakery Cafe (power Inn Fruitridge)

I'm really disappointed. I was in the parking lot getting out of my car, and my son was standing at the front door when they locked us out. Granted, it was almost 3:00, but it wasn't quite. In my experience in hospitality, if you see someone waiting in your parking lot, you don't lock them out just because you want to close up early and go home. I will not be returning to the LA Bou at this location

My friend and I went here for lunch and the food was absolutely awful. We got simple sandwiches and a side salad $21 dollars for an awful sandwich and salad that we couldn't even eat). We both took a few bites and ended up just throwing it away. What a waste of money. I have always loved la bou, but this place was so bad it has turned me off from ever going to any of them again. Even the dill sauce was disappointing.

My husband and I just drove 25 minutes to get to this location and got there exactly at 2pm. We just needed to buy a gift card but the door was locked already. Apparently the location closes at 2pm (which is contrary to what is listed on Google). My husband told the cashier from outside that he was just trying to buy a gift card for Christmas, and they seemed amenable, but when they asked their manager, the manager wouldn’t let them sell us a gift card. Bad customer service on the part of the manager. Closes an hour early with no indication except a sign on the door once you get there. I would not recommend this location.

The lady in the front who took my order was not friendly and very rude I prefer to move her somewhere. I visited this location before a couple of months ago and same problem with my work close to this location. I used to come very often to this location until she showed up there the owner needed to do something

They are rude and the supposedly “owner” told my daughter thag he was going to hit her because she is black smh
