Kfc - Lemon Hill

They have rude, lazy, disrespectfull emplyee's. i walked in as one employee walked out for a break i said hi in a friendly enough tone and she gave me an angry look and said nothing as if i was the problem. this isnt the first time and its never the same person, the whole crew has a terrible attitude and they are always short on chicken. they conduct themselves very unprofessionally.

I always place a large order of chicken for the family. The wait is 30 minutes, worth the wait, so they can drop a fresh batch of chicken.

I love KFC, the staff on the other hand NEEDS a lesson in customer service. I order the 12 pc family meal, was told it can only be done half original half crispy (no where on the menu does it state this). Then expecting to pick my 3 lrg sides (again no where on the menu does it state to have specific sides) was told comes with 2 mashed potatoes 1 Cole slaw. as far as fresh food looks as though it 's been sitting past its allotted time.

You have to love the chicken. But I have been twice to this location and they have gotten the order wrong. Unfortunately there is no KFC close to my home as an alternative

In a word: Sad! Why that word? Because the food was not good, the service was even worse and the place was literally empty at 5:00pm in the evening! First of all, I asked the young lady to replace the mashed potatoes and gravy with the corn and I asked if I could get some honey (while at the ordering point was told I needed to get to the window before ordering any condiments). When I got home and saw what I got in the box I was definitely disappointed as they didn’t replace the mashed potatoes with the corn. While the extra crispy chicken was moist, I didn’t care for the texture of the bisquits as they were rather hard. As for the mashed potatoes and gravy that I didn’t want, they were not very good
