Dawson's Steakhouse - Lemon Hill

This steakhouse is definitely one of the best in the city, and it's easy to see why. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely. I tried the Dawson's House Salad and the 8oz Filet with black garlic butter and a side of asparagus. I was hesitant about the house salad at first, thinking it would be a basic mix of lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and delicious blend of flavors in the salad, including pistachios. The filet, sourced from Harris Ranch, was cooked perfectly and incredibly tender, even though I ordered it well done. The staff, led by Brandon, provided superb service throughout the meal, making sure my water glass was always full and giving great suggestions for off-menu items. The only downside was that the restaurant is closed on Mondays, as I would have liked to go back multiple times during my stay at the hotel. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.
