Carolina's Mexican - Lemon Hill

Biggest rolled tacos I've had from a Mexican spot EVER! There at least double the size of other places, but still slim enough to fit into those lill sauce cups for dipping. The Guac was that super fresh neon green color, with nice and chunky fresh onion and tomatoes in it. Cheese was a little lacking, but enough to get the job done. Only thing I could complain about is maybe cook them slightly longer? Even 30 seconds longer would have helped. They were crispy, but got soggy quick which is typical due to the guacamole. But they are packed with meat so as you get towards the middle they aren't as hot as the ends....like barely warm. And I consumed them about 5mins after ordering in the drive thru. Other than that, service was friendly and quick, and was a great experience other than the ghetto that surrounds the place.
