Baskin-robbin - Lemon Hill

Service is poor. We walked in at 10 minutes before closing time and we were not greeted. We bought four ice creams and one in a waffle cone which felt apart. When we asked to get another cone showing that it was breaking, we were looked as if we were nuts to ask and given some explanation of how the cones are made. I demanded a new cone and the workers looked at each other and agreed to honor the request as they gave each other looks as we walked out. My husband says that in the past, the customer was always right and that nowadays the customer is always wrong. This became a teaching moment with my kids about what doing the right thing is all about.

I will not be coming here again one scoop of ice cream on a cone cost $4 they must be out of their mind it's just ice

I was a little disappointed that they weren't able to make a root beer freeze Baskin-Robbins used to be able to do this it's basically just a root beer milkshake but the ice cream was predictably good and the service was as well

Great staff! Absolutely TERRIBLE owners! Shame on them for leaving their employees (the people making them money) with no A/C especially in this heat. Unacceptable! There should be repercussions.
