Annas The Family - Lemon Grove

Large house style food with a comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff, especially Miss Anna, she's great. Very recommended!

We came here because we didn't know what we wanted to eat. Anna's has such a variety of delicious food. It's a great choice for any type of food. I hear the all you can eat catfish is a specialty here. One day I will have a go at it.

Great meals with portion sizes that more than satisfy you. The Reuben was delicious.

The food was quite good, and the service was satisfactory. Since it’s located near our neighborhood, the place wasn't crowded at all. We visited on a Wednesday for the unlimited catfish special. The meal included a choice of soup or salad, one side (we opted for fries), along with corn and hush puppies. I found the price a bit higher than I anticipated, and the catfish refills were a little slow, likely to encourage us to finish our other items first. The salad was simple yet fresh, and the broccoli cheese soup was excellent. The catfish was decent, while the hush puppies were delightful, seasoned with herbs. We ended up taking some catfish and corn home because it took so long to get our second serving of catfish. If you go early and make a point to ask for the unlimited fish, it might be more worth the cost. Regardless, I’m looking forward to trying more items from their menu. The restaurant has a large parking lot and a cozy atmosphere. They serve beer and wine, and had sports on TV, which my fiancée loved. Plus, there’s a claw machine at the entrance, which adds a fun touch!

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we usually go to Denny's without realizing it. We found that this place offers more variety and is much cheaper for the portion sizes. My family and I ordered the colossal breakfast, California breakfast, and a children's spaghetti, and there was so much food! We’ve decided this will be our new go-to spot. The staff was very friendly, and we were seated right away.
