The staff at the restaurant was very slow in serving our food, bringing out each dish one at a time. We had already finished our rice by the time they brought out the fried chicken.

The staff at this Hap Chan branch are cheerful and attentive, providing great service. There is plenty of parking available, but better lighting is needed.
