Arby's - Leland

I visited the new Arby's located on Route 74 near I-140 in Leland, NC. The food was tasty, but they appeared to be a bit disorganized at this point. They were out of strawberry shakes and curly fries, among other items. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.

Savannah is an amazing person who truly enhances the experience. She brings such positivity and warmth, along with a great sense of urgency. Be sure to visit the drive-thru to meet her!

Everything was shut down by 9:20 PM, and there were no signs indicating they would be closing early. I had just arrived at the speaker to place my order when they turned everything off.

The service was a bit slow for a restaurant located in an industrial park, especially considering that most people only have an hour for lunch. Additionally, it would be helpful to install a corner mirror at the drive-thru, as it seems like an accident waiting to happen.

This location offers trucker parking and fuel, but unfortunately, we can't place orders here—it's drive-thru only! Our trucks don't fit in the drive-thru line. The only option for larger vehicles is to have someone in a box truck walk up, like one guy did. However, it's not feasible for us to walk through either! It would be great if you could implement a better solution for those of us transporting your goods. All we're asking for is the opportunity to spend our money on a hot meal—it's not too much to ask... WOW! Seriously!
