In addition to the excellent food, the Excellent History of this place is amazing!!! The building was begun in the 1400's and is intact on the ground and basement levels --- vaulted ceilings and go into the back: You won't believe your eyes!!! True feast for the senses...

Tadelloses Steak. Freundliche Bedienung. Empfehlenswert und typisch. Speisen trotz wenig Kinden frisch und gut.

Ottimo ristorante caratteristico che propone piatti tipici e buona birra. Servizio ottimo, piatti serviti con garbo e ben caldi.Abbiamo ordinato un piatto quasi vegetariano: asparagi bianchi,veramente delicati, patate,insalata, prosciutto affumicato. Il tutto con buona salsa all'uovo. Da provare. Prezzo giusto

We had a very nice lunch here during our visit in Leipzig. Since it was "Spargelzeit" the choice of dish was obvious The spargel was perfect and not overcooked, the Riesling was cold and tasty. After have waited a couple of minutes when we arrived, the service was then efficient and friendly.

Für 13 Uhr reserviert, aber leider erst um 13.45 Uhr angekommen, kurz angerufen, kein Problem. Wir wollten zum Fussball und mussten so um spätestens 15 Uhr wieder los. 12 Mann trinken und essen -> kein Problem, Herr Laube, der Kellner hatte alles im Griff und wir haben wirklich lecker gegessen, Gulasch, Sauerbraten, Nudelteller etc.... kann man uneingeschränkt wärmstens empfehlen. Gerne wieder in der neuen Saison! Man kann draußen an der Straße sitzen oder im überdachten Innenhof.
