Sakura Sushi-kunst - Leipzig

This is a quite nice sushi restaurant with good quality in Leipzig. The rice is not exactly as you would expect it in Japan, but it is very close. I have been there already several times and I was almost every time very satisfied. Unfortunately, during my last visit I was a bit disappointed about the fish quality. The tuna was grey and had a powdery consistency. I wonder why they served it like that. After a short complain they gave me a salmon dish which was fresh. However, at the end I had to pay for the more expensive tuna. Anyway, I hope it was the only time such things happened and maybe later I will increase the stars;
