Tesco Cafe - Leigh

I was in your store today, with my 85 years old mum. Your mobility scooter wasn't working, for my mum. Then Mick noticed and was straight across, trying to fix it. When he couldn't fix it, he went to get her a wheelchair and shopping trolley instead. Later on, as we were unloading the shopping into the car, he saw us and came over, again doing all he could to help. He went to get her stick from behind customer services and then took her wheelchair and trolley back. We were both very grateful of his excellent customer service. Thanks again Mick, we really appreciated your help.

I was in your store a couple of hours ago and would like to say Thank you so much to Clive who works in your store. My battery was flat and he drove round and jumpstarted my car. Thanks to Tracey too on customer services. Xx

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff (sorry no names) who helped my little boy this evening when he had a nose bleed in store. He was with his grandad shopping. There were also members of the public who offered to help. As I keep drilling into my children, when something difficult happens, always look for the helpers. There will always be kind hearted folk out there. High five from our house tonight Tesco!

Thank you to the lovely ladies who helped me with my shopping at the check out. My baby decided it was time to sleep (on me), so they kindly put all my shopping through the till and packed it for me. Their help was very much appreciated. Thanks again!

I returned a Tesco f and f order that had been sent by mistake I was sent a coat instead of the dress I ordered the customer service were fantastic in sort this out for me.The person on the service desk refunded me my money and I got a gift card to spend in store for my inconvenience.i can't thank Tesco enough on how you handled this matter.also a lady on the self serve till I believe her name is Yvonne goes out of her way to help me each time I visit the store ,I have mobility problems and one more than one occasion help me with my shopping and should be commended for her actions.Thank you.
