Union Inn - Leicester

Well, we had a little problem with the fancy bicycle lane curbs when getting into town. Suffice it to say, we needed two new tires for our rental vehicle. Luckily, we stopped here and the manager, Steve, his staff, and the clientele, could not have been any nicer. My wife had a beer and after I learned iced tea is not a thing in England, I got a lemonade. Steve refused to take any money for the 2 drinks. He also introduced us to a friend and patron, Andy. Andy is the local tire guy (Handy for Tyres is his shop) and had a couple used tires that were exact matches, and all was solved.

Fantastic beer, amazing sports atmosphere, wonderful staff, and delicious cobs! This is honestly the best pint of Pedigree I’ve enjoyed in a long time.

Nice Friendly place for a local pub got to know a few people I go here as a local after work doing my pallet furniture business just to let of steam and relax. I look forward to seeing people I know come in there to talk to .Normally have a pint of Redstripe and ring or message people on my phone

This place is made by the good staff employed here great bar prices and as a local it’s nice to have a drink there is parking

Came on a surprisingly quite Friday night. Staff are friendly and the juke box is good. It is very quite when there isn’t music on. The garden is big great for the summer
