They can get good quality fruit and vegetables for very low prices. almost everything is for a bit, so it would be better to wear some coins with them.

Market with difference dimensions of entrance , vegetables of tropicals , vegetables native and all varieties,the new meat market also established with this premise.

Not as busy as I remember when I was younger but just as colourful with lots of fresh fruit and veg for sale and lovely to hear the stallholders shouting the prices. Such a shame the indoor Market and the fish market have both disappeared. Is that progress?? Anyway, found plenty of bargains.

This is an open plan farmer's market. Perfect place to get fresh farm produce especially fruits and greens. Most of the farmers close their stalls by 4pm so it is better to plan to get there before the closing hour.

Smaller than the last time we visited this market, on saying that it didn't distract from the atmosphere. Leicester shopping is a wonderful experience, no shortage of shops and bargains. I strongly recommend you use the park ride system, cheap and on time, other parts of the country could learn alot, in particular Bristol.
