Indigo - Leicester

The food was disappointing. The Masala Papad was stale and the Pani Puri was too hard. We ordered the Mix Platter with Soy sauce, but the mogo and paneer tasted off. When I informed the waiter, he simply cleared the table without apologizing or asking what was wrong. The customer service was terrible. The person at the till should be replaced with someone friendlier who actually cares about how the customers are enjoying their meal. I didn't even bother disputing the bill for the Mix Platter that we didn't touch, as it was clear the waiter didn't communicate our dissatisfaction.

It was a beautiful evening. I was hanging around with my brother, that we both had starving. with a recommendation it was indigo. when we arrived there, the place looked quiet authentic indica. but eating was terrible. we ordered pani puri, dosa,chilli disc cleaner then noodles. everything was tasty stale.The dosa was very oily. the windshield wiper (tree cheese) in the chili carrier was like ****! they use fake windshield wipers made with artificial ingredients. in addition, noodles were no less than that has spoiled our day. I will not recommend this restaurant!

A family-run restaurant is a local favorite. although it is not the most convenient to sit in it, makes extraordinary eating, my favorite being of the chilli paneer. the prices have risen over the years and the portions are becoming smaller but there is a reason why the restaurant is packed during the weekend.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious buffet meal at Indigo, which I won on their Facebook page. We tried several dishes that we had never had before, and all of them were served hot and delicious. The poppadoms were beautifully crispy. Our favorite dish, the chili distributor, was a must-have for us when dining at Indigo. It had the best chili sauce we have ever tasted - hot, creamy, and flavorful. We don't visit Indigo often, so this meal was a special treat for my birthday. The staff was friendly and even offered me a complimentary dessert when they found out it was my birthday. I can't wait to visit again soon. I highly recommend dining at Indigo.

We have been in the restaurant several times, especially with the food for children who come to season. Today we had an absolute beautiful experience, not only was every dish that we ordered lovely, the personal atmosphere was also. we have a table within 5/10 minutes without booking. Although they were very busy, the beautiful dame (I think she leads the kitchen) was there, so I asked her if she could cook the kinder dishes, as it is always perfect when she does it she said she will go into the kitchen maker everything well. not only halfway through our meals she came over apologised for the bad experience we had with the child food in the past, giving both the children hot-cookie-tough ice cream on the house! such a beautiful dame fantastic customer service! we will definitely come back. thank you again! x
