Chilli Flames - Leicester

Took 30 mins to order, (concentrating on the online orders-the customers in store waiting to order and forgotten about) then another 30 mins for the order. Food arrived and it was Luke warm. No sauces. Let’s say I will not be going back.

Be prepared not to be understood. Second time I have been and it seems they have problems to take the order in English language. When pointed out that the order was not right he looked even more confused than before. I guess I won’t be back a third time. On top of that, customers seem to think that lockdown rules about masks and social distancing don’t apply to them, included Deliveroo drivers. I guess place is in line with type of customers as part of staff also ignore rules.

Went with family rubbish service food was not all that. Its ok but i wouldnt recommend it. There are few items that is ok

Loaded fries yummmmmmmm, worth spending money here they make food in front of us only, I felt it is very fresh and tasty I find other take away shops in city center was very expensive, I visited Leicester few times I found this is the best place to spend money where we getting healthy and tasty food.

Look at this burger that I paid 7.99 for... I had 4 more burgers just like this.. No cheese, no lettuce, the fact I payed 45 quid is just rediculous!! Also my Mexican burger had stale nachos in it so I had to scrap the nachos off the burger.. Madness!!!
