My experience at Caffè Nero was quite pleasant. The decor and atmosphere were lovely, although I found the narrow passageways between some seating areas and the counter a bit nerve-wracking. The menu could be clearer, and I ended up having to look it up online to make my selection. I ordered the salted caramel pistachio cream, and it was packed with flavor and very refreshing! I would definitely recommend it, and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout my visit. It was quite busy when I was there, so I opted to leave after a while, but I would recommend this place independently!

The staff here are very friendly. The cappuccino and hot chocolate were both quite good. It’s a nice place to relax with a drink, although some of the decor feels a bit dated. The cake was delicious! It’s a bit on the expensive side, but that’s typical for most coffee shops in the city.

Excellent offers on the app with great value. The service is attentive, and the coffee is outstanding! Truly the best national coffee chain!
