Kfc - Lehi

Twice in a row, I have been shorted food at the window. It is a huge inconvenience to return and burn up more fuel. I shouldn't have to do an inventory check every time. Slow down and get it right. ?

Placed an order online around 8:30 pm food was supposed to be ready at 8:50 pm order extra crispy pulled up to the drive-thru and said it wasn’t ready and that I would have to wait another 20 min. First time at this location and disappointed. American fork location better.

I Love going to KFC in Lehi. The food is always hot fresh. I am always greeted with a smile. Ivan is one of the hardest working employees he’s always always friendly kind. He goes above beyond every single time. He is my favorite employee no matter how busy he is he is always calm nice.He is very hard working and he has never gotten my order wrong. You are lucky to have such a great employee that makes me want to keep coming back.

The manager Ivan is the best . it's nice to go to a KFC where it's clean and the food and service is good .
