Braza Grill - Lehi

Work lunch meeting here and first visit was really good. Reserved a table for our group a few days in advance and spoke to Isabella. Isabella was also friendly enough to accommodate me by bringing a cake to lunch, storing it in her fridge and even surprise a colleague to celebrate her birthday work lunch surprise! They gave us a great table, and the server often visited our table to bring hot meat to our table. The salad bar was good and fresh, and we had a great experience here!

I was in three other Brazilian steak houses, and this was the best service and food, hands down. The meat was perfect for my taste and the salad bar was very nice. I read some people think the salad bar is too small, but I don't agree. You should not have too much valuable stomach space on this stuff anyway with all the excellent meat! I had a little salad, some appetizers and some cheerful broccoli from the salad bar. Perfect meal and a good way to close a business trip.

I went to birthday dinner with my husband. The food was delicious! Everything. We are so tired that it has the feeling it was not worth $31 / record! The garlic steak was too creamy and chewing, and once the NY Steak was dry. But everything else was good. Our waitress was terrible. She just came to our table and then someone else came once plus another time to give us the check. The table next to us with 4 people had the same waitress and they received several refills on drinks. Not us. Super annoying. Our records were never deleted, and why were we not asked if we wanted refills on Sodas next to a person who wasn't the first server? Why did the table get so much more attention and service next to us, 3 meters away? Very frustrating. We pay for food and service.

The food was very good. The service was not so attentive. The price was exaggerated. I'm not going back. Food is great! EDIT: I am talking about this review because I was contacted by Braza Grill about my bad experience. They were polite and wanted to know more about how they could make better in the future. They arranged for us to return to the restaurant to try again. She asked for a chance to make it a better experience. I must say they were very attentive, the service was excellent, the food was great as usual. The meat service was in time. The food is really authentic and like to be in Sao Paulo. I would go back because they gave me a great experience the second time and I think the food quality is worth it!

The quality of the food is amazing. When our group came in we were the only ones there and they were constantly bringing out food which was nice. They have cubes you can turn to show if you want food or not which makes it nice. It's all you can eat and includes a nice salad bar, pastas, bread and of course the meat. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants all you can eat meat at good quality. Very similar to Tucanos.
