Aubergine Kitchen - Lehi

Fresh and healthy food options, very good quality. I have been coming to Aubergine for quite some time now visiting several locations among the valley. However, service has taken a HUGE dip over the past couple of weeks, they have change the ordering procedures, and upon my visit today I was reassured a second time on a different location, that this is definitely not working out. Everyone seems so confused on what’s going on. You used to be able to order and the food would be prepared right then and there in front of you (subway style) having your food ready in a couple mins max in a very efficient way. Now, you pay in advance, then they prepare your order taking way longer than it used to, not the best experience.

My all time FAVORITE restaurant! I was skeptical because I thought it would be rabbit food but it is SO GOOD. I don't know how they make it taste so good. And it feels healthy and nourishing for my body and soul. The service as always been great as well. But I'd come here if the service wasn't good because the food is so delicious.

We have loved the food here for years but one of the things we love about it is being able to see and choose what goes into our bowls. The other day we went and they had the new protocol that skips the process and the Brussels sprouts were overbooked. Had we been able to see the ingredients as the order was made, we would have asked for a substitution instead of getting d S in par food but now it seems this is no longer an option. Very disappointing. I guess we will have to find a new favorite place. I can only theorize why they are doing this but the entire restaurant is set to be a place where you walk through and choose what you want. Taking that away is not a good move in my opinion.

Absolute best place ever. I love the food here, it's one of those places where you can eat, enjoy the food, and not feel guilty about it either. It's not only delicious and nutritious though, it's also well arranged, so not only is it flavorful, it's also eye candy. The Avocado Toast and the Mediterranean bowl are definitely highlights of this restaurant, and the smoothies are absolute perfection. Also I get great service whenever I come here, it's spectacular. Every worker treats you like they are your highest priority, especially, Bunny, I think her name was? (Honestly, I wouldn't normally call out specific people, but she is really one of the nicest staff members I've seen) Anyway, spectacular place!

I ordered the steak bowl and took it to go. There were so many whole black peppercorns in it that it was inedible. Each bite was filled with crunchy peppercorn balls. Too many to pick out. I ended up throwing it away. I’ve ordered this before and it wasn’t like this.
