Terrible experience today at this location. I have been ordering food from this location since 2014 when I first moved to the neighborhood. I drove up and asked for a milkshake vanilla with chocolate and was told they don?t do that. I have been served itfor years now. Then the gal that said she was a manager dumped a third of the shake outside the window and down the side of mycar and onto the pavement. There was no apology nor did she refill the cup back to the fill line. She handed me the shake thenshut the drive through window. I had to knock on the window to get her attention that the cup was not full and she crunched thelid, so it didn?t close. She rudely grabbed the cup and straw and put another lid on it and glared at me. I said she was beingvery rude to me and she slammed the window. I had to knock again to get my straw and asked for a manager. The other lady saidrudely that she was a manager too and disrespected what I told her about my bad experience. The other lady comes back to thewindow starts telling me to leave and that I was rude for telling her I was writing down the customer service number on thewindow door that was posted. They both started harassing me and pulled out their phone to take pictures of me and to intimidateme to not take down the customer service numbers. After I told them I was calling customer service, they yelled at me calling menames and accusing me of being a ?Karen ? because I wanted to talk to a general manager. I have spent so much money there foryears and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Today I felt like I was bullied from both of them that claimedthey were the managers. I wish I could give no stars because they are just plain mean people. Btw, customer service was notifiedand apologized for the ?horrible experience and that Arby?s will take care of the issue ?.
What is up with this THICK cut roast beef?!! Either the quality and taste have gone way down hill or the thick cut ruins the sandwiches, but the meat looked sketchy and we ended up discarding all 4 of the classic roast beef sandwiches bought. Onepositive is the employees were extremely nice, too bad I had to go pay for lunch again somewhere else?
Food is good but seriously Arby's if I offer you $20 to just actually give more Arby's Sauce, why won't you just take the money? We can't ration out 2 packets of sauce for 2 sandwiches.
Worst food I?ve ever had from Arby?s. We had to wait for them to make more fries but when we got them they weren?t very warm and had the same texture as cardboard. The buns on our sandwiches were stale and hard. Overall the only thing really edible that wegot were the drinks.
