One of the best restaurant in Sani with a focus on Mediterranean and French kitchen. Serving a choice of dishes by Three Michelin Star chef Mauro Colagreco who recently was awarded #1 of the 50 Best Restaurant 2019 with his restaurant Mirazur. Water is located on ground level next to the pool while sister restaurant Over Water serves the same short menu in an adults only environment.All dishes we had were very excellent and the restaurant has a very good selection of wines and digestives as well. The king crab starter is awesome.
