I ate a pastry here through a Social Deal. The pastry tasted, felt and looked like it had been sitting in the display case for at least 5 days, drained of all moisture. The pastry was very dry and flaky. I don't understand how they could present this without embarrassment. I sat here for a total of 3 minutes drinking my tea half empty. I left the cake. I didn't report this because this is a cheap lesson for me to never buy a pastry here again. It's not worth the hassle. Edit after owner's response: It was an old, dry and flaky red velvet cake. I don't think those slices are baked individually.
