I have been going there for years now. Unfortunately I’m currently in Los Angeles. There was a miscommunication with my order. I called to fix the problem. Instead who ever is taking orders hung up the phone twice. Very disrespectful. They are lucky I’m not in town I would have called cops for not providing me with the order I paid for. And of course I have proof. Never again

Worst place to order through Doordash my order was not complete n the lady answering gave me attitude instead of correcting it hung up multiple times

Terrible customer service. Today we went to breakfast, my husband, I and another family.Unfortunately, I am addicted to coffee and I repeated Cafe, The very rude cashier yelled at me Madam if I get a refill it is $1.10. Which I told him is fine, I'll pay him now. For obvious reasons I didn't know. And when I went to pay him he told me that by orders from his boss the time limit was 1 hour to be able to sit at the table. I definitely lost the desire to even bring bread. I don't understand if the client is consuming, should he leave because 1 hour has already passed? It's a shame that they lose customers because of bad service. Don't put tables then.

I had the unfortunate experience to come here again. I had come here about 5 years ago and had the same experience. It the food is just as empty and the bread they put it on. My total was about $7.00. But the minimum on credit is $10.00. I added a bag of chips and the total came up to $9.88 amd the cashier said that I needed to add more to reach the minimum. I asked if they could make an exception but she stood her ground and said that it her job and brushed me off smiling as if she was making fun of the fact. So I had to add another bag of chips. Now my total was $12.07. About 4 more dollers than I wanted to pay. This restaurant has been here for more that 14 years and u think they would be more excepting to lower charges and not have minimum. I hope this helps people not to come here as it is an unpleasant place.
