Terrible staff. very rude wouldn’t recommend at all, made my food incorrect

I went in today for the first time. I let the staff know it was my first time there they offered no help. They were not warm, welcoming or helpful at all. I ordered the Açaí bowl. Their bowls are not fresh. The base is frozen and they cut up little pieces of fresh fruit on top to distract you. My base was frozen solid, I couldn’t eat it. I won’t be back.
