Always great place to pop in and grab a drink. The staff are always friendly

I went here on September 22, 2022 to order my husband usual Venti ice mocha and the barista make me a hot mocha instead. I was in a hurry to pick up my son from school so no big deal I can turn it into ice mocha by adding some ice when I get home. When I came home thought I will transfer into a clear cup into of using the paper cup the hot mocha in, as I pour into a clear cup I can see this huge clump, I thought maybe is a chocolate build up that didn’t get dissolved? So I fish it out and is not a big piece of chocolate that’s stuck together but is a piece of paper napkins? I was so gross out by it I almost puke! Good thing I didn’t didn’t give it to my husband to drink it straight out of that cup, because he won’t, my husband is very picky. He drinks 2 venti ice mocha a day and nothing else. If he would have try it and discover the paper napkins it would have ruin his Starbucks experience for life! I am grossed out with this situation and not sure I trust drinking Starbucks coffee again. So disappointed! Been drinking for years since I used to live in Seattle!

This location is always out of everything! Out of mocha, out of chocolate croissants, out of reindeer cake pops, out of snowman cookies, out of peach syrup for peach tea, out of all cake pops! But you can go across the parking lot to the location in Price Chopper and they have these items. The drive through at this location is convenient but the lack of frequently ordered items being out of stock is super frustrating. I have talked to many people in my area that have had the same experience at this location. One a different note, the workers are fantastic!

The only complaint is when the worker pick her ear and did not wash hands. Next, handing food that she about to count or inventory for next day. Than just complaining ? and does not know I can hear her. I never seen this women in this Starbucks. She must be new or manager coming in to count but that was gross watching her pick her ear walking in . Lucky she didnt handle my food or drink because she was counting items for next day . Its sad how Starbucks throw away all food because your paying price of a full meal for a drink and food , yet you don't know if the worker cleans there hands before touching food. I watch first hand that they don't. During covid-19 that last thing you want to see. Therefore, im going to my normal starbucks who always have same workers I can trust .

I'm in the parking lot this morning after dropping off my 78 year old father in law to shop. I had called and asked if they had a secure time for the elderly to shop and I was told 7-8 am. It is now 727am and I've been waiting since I dropped my father in law off and I have witnessed 14 shoppers enter the store who are so obviously not 65+ into the store. I'm wondering why price choopet even pretends that the are working for the safety of our elderly. I noticed some of those
