Jimmy John's - Lee's Summit

Went into this location very friendly service! I got the turkey Tom and didn’t realize there was lettuce on it and I went back to the counter after throwing my sandwich away to order a new one without mayo as it was my mistake and the manager josh was very awesome even remade my sandwich without making me pay for a new one and said it’s okay we all make mistakes! Very friendly always greeted by multiple employees when I come in the store! Just all around awesome environment to be in! One of the best! Keep up the good work guys and josh your an awesome manager!! Will continue coming back...
