El Potro Mexican - Lee's Summit

This is hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had maybe ever. The exquisite flavor combinations are not just mouth-watering, but they leave you eager to come back and try another flavorful dish. I highly recommend this most authentic and delightful eatery.

One of the best Mexican restaurants around, by far. Always clean, always friendly and always fast. The food is fresh and has great flavor. They run wonderful daily specials as well. The best part is their fantastic chips and salsa and white cheese dip which is complimentary with the chips and salsa. Can't say enough great things about this place. A must try if you've never been!

First visit tonight. They were following covid guidelines. Distance among tables, servers with masks. Fiesta salad with chicken was amazing. Very unique. Marguerita was great! We will be back.

We had to lunches to go. Website was a little hard to navigate. The food was great. Still got when we arrived home, about a 10 minute ride, and great size portions.

Good food.. clean.. but really busy..tough to grab waiter.. but worth the visit
