Bidrage med feedbackOur waitress was very good, but I forgot her name. She was super busy, I heard she told someone she hadn't eaten all day. we sat in the back section near the small group room.
I visited this location on June I know we're still in COVID times and supply chains are a challenge for many restaurants. The food quality was poor, the portions for a dish I have ordered for years was smaller, the fish over breaded and over fried, yet the price was higher. The wait staff was adequate, but they could use more attention to their customers. Our waitress didn't notice she brought cold and stale coffee, and didn't observe there was no spoon to stir the coffee.
The service was great, food was great and it was a nice atmosphere. The downside was that we made our reservations for arrived at Before we told the hostess that we had reservations she was ready to serve us. Then we told her should would have to open the reservation for someone else. She then said that we would have our table within minutes. We were told to wait outside. It was a little chilly windy. We checked in minutes later and was told not ready yet. But watched others, without reservations getting seated. Checked again and still had to wait. We were finally seated at Which was minutes after we were told at it would be minutes.
Do not join open table, change the name of reservation to preferred seating for guests to arrive and be told its an hour wait. In a pandemic. We did not stay and do not plan to go back.
I really enjoyed my night out at Red Lobster. Food was great and our waitress was really seat. I also felt safe eating out because of the pandemic. Great job Red Lobster!
