Best Quality Custard I have ever tried extremely fast and friendly service, what more could you want?

Max was super nice and friendly. Had a quick chat about dogs which is my favorite topic. Definitely the best experience I have had at this location so far. Order came out quick too which I wasn't expecting based on the amount of people were there when I first walked up.

We ordered 4 large concrete and when we got home we noticed they were not filled up.Reading the other eviews,I guess that'sa common practice at Andi's in Lees Summit now. What's the point of ordering large is you'll give us the small or medium amount.That's cheating the paying customer!

Great service. High quality ice-cream options. I enjoy their seasonal rotations and interesting combinations. My #1 choice for ice cream in town. Often very busy, but they manage to keep things moving

The last several times I've gone here my experience has been messed up somehow usually by messing up toppings or this time the manager cut bananas into my concrete without wearing gloves. There were no other customers at the store, so I hoped my order could be made correctly and with proper food service guidelines. For the price, I'm really disappointed. For now, avoid the Lee's Summit store.
